Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning.
It is crucial that we have a strategy for determining and reflecting on the work we undertake and the outcomes and impact we generate across the whole of the team and in our study areas. This strategy enables us to evidence how we are progressing towards benefitting the social, physical and economic environment. This work involves whole-project stocktakes by the whole team to ensure that the right tools are employed by the project and that organisational culture and norms are respected.
