Water quality monitoring work across the Red River Delta was previously supported by a Newton Fund project “Assessing human impacts on the Red River system, Vietnam, to enable sustainable management”.The findings give an overview of delta-wide hydrology, pollution hotspots, the role of reservoir impoundments and ways to tackle nitrogen pollution.
