    Hue Le is senior researcher and lecturer from the Central Institute for Natural Resources and Environmental Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Dr. Le’s research focuses on natural resource management, land tenure, and gender. Her scholarship examines the

    differentiating effects of the macro policy and investigates how social differentiation and power relations affect the way in which different classes of people use the resources and the income that each class earns from forest-related resources.

    I work for the Central Institute for Natural Resources and Environmental Studies (VNUCRES), Vietnam National University, Hanoi as a Vice Director. My work is in the field of natural resource management, especially for national park, nature reserve and biosphere reserve and relationship between biodiversity conservation and socio-economic development, and for last 15 years, in the field of sustainable development and climate change, mostly from policy perspective. I contribute to developing Vietnam’s Agenda 21 and consult with the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) on policy of sustainable development and implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in Vietnam.
